Change your password

This page allows you to change the password used to access your Queen Mary account. That account is commonly used to access your email, log on to the intranet, use wireless hotspots and access various other systems. Currently this service alters passwords for Queen Mary staff accounts only. Please also note that one time codes are only valid for 30 days from generation


This is your Queen Mary (aka IMAP or wireless) username.

Current password OR
One Time Code:

This is either (not both) your current password or the one time use code you have been given. This is used to validate your current account for the ability to change the password.

New password:

This is your new password you want to use, it must pass security checks so should include some numbers and letters and not be a dictionary word.

Confirm password:

This is validation of the above password to guard against typographic errors.
